Leo’s career started where most retail traders only read about – inside the trading desks of top-tier brokerages and the structured rooms of hedge funds. For over a decade, he watched the real machinery of the market: how institutions manage risk, how positions are protected, and why retail traders almost never see the full picture.
Somewhere along the way, he realised something that bothered him for years:

JOANNE.

A licensed financial professional who chose to teach what banks never explained.
Joanne spent years inside the system – as a licensed financial professional and former bank stock manager, she saw firsthand how the financial industry really works behind the counter. She watched everyday clients trust institutions with their wealth, often without understanding the rules being played around them.
The more she saw, the clearer it became:
